These items are imported and packaged very well. We have an excellent history of minimal damage claims.
Statues are shipped by UPS when weight permits or via common carrier trucking with curbside delivery. All items must be opened and inspected at time of delivery before signing to insure that there is no concealed damage. In the event that there is damage, prior inspection before signing for item is necessary to prove that item was damaged in transit and not after delivery. The damaged item and the original packing material must be unmodified and in it's original packaging for inspection. Please note: if you dispose of the item or the packing material, we will not be able to file a claim.
